Graduated from Thames Polytechnic in 1978 and trained at Healey & Baker, joined Whiteheads in 1982 and became a founding partner of Garner Wood in 1987. Qualified as an Incorporated Valuer and Auctioneer in 1981 and became a Chartered Surveyor following the merger.
