Lease Renewals

Garner Wood have four experienced Chartered Surveyors to advise and co-ordinate with landlords and tenants in the renewal process, which includes liaison with solicitors, and usually leads to negotiated settlements.

If required a member of our professional team can prepare Experts Reports and attend Court proceedings.

Arbitration

When a negotiated settlement cannot be achieved Garner Wood can necessary. Deal with the referral and submissions to the Arbitrator/Independent Expert where necessary
